The “SAKE SEMINAR” was lectured by Mr. Keith Norum from MASUMI Brewing Company, Ltd. “MASUMI” is one of the famous SAKE Brand produced at Suwa in Nagano prefecture. About 50 NUS students participated to the seminar and had learned the basic knowledge of SAKE, how to make SAKE and difference of the taste by brands.
