Partnership program and opening ceremony was taken place at Yezin Agricultural University
The project was held from August 4th to 14th and it took place at Yezin Agricultural University (YAU) in Myanmar. Food Value Chain program consisted of 14 lectures, and Students learned Japanese style of FVC.
Symposium and Japanese reception also was held at 10th August during the program. There are many participants from Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation of Myanmar (AIM), Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Japan (MAFF), YAU and Private Sector enjoyed Japanese tasty Tuna sashimi, Wagyu beef and so on.
After the greeting by U Myint Hlaing, Union Minister of MIA and Mr. Eietsu Sakuraba, Director-General of Food Industry Affairs Bureau of MAFF, Dr. Myo Kywe the Rector of YAU concluded the symposium by saying “Lectures are informative for not only students but also whole agriculture and food sector of Myanmar. I wish continuous partnership.”
