Our partnership program with Visayas States University in the Philippines has launched on 7 Oct. 2019 as a 5-day intensive seminar on Food Value Chain.

Partnership Program with VSU 2019 8 Oct. – Day 2
In the first section, Mr. Hisashi Nagahiro and Ms. Wirachapan Sutharat, Yoshinoya Holdings Co., Ltd. introduced their various activities related to Food Value Chain which is our main topic on the program. It’s a comprehensive lecture since their activities are not only in food service we usually imagine, but also production and processing.

After the lecture, Yoshinoya had an Employment information section during lunch time. We are hoping that someone who joined this program work at Japanese company in the future.

In the 2nd section, Thank you very much for your great lecture and such an important problem presentation on food waste, Dr. Rumi Ide, office 3.11, Inc. We also had an interesting workshop for product development with some local agricultural products which can reduce food loss.


Last section on the day, Mr. Masanori Okazaki, Megmilk Snow Brand Co., Ltd., who worked on research & development of whip cream more than 20 years delivered a very precise manufacturing techniques for various kinds of dairy products.
